No Guarantee of Publication or Acceptance

• Academic approval
• Funding approval

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that:

Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).
• A partial upfront payment is required before work begins.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the final deliverables are released unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Researchers Nexus reserves the right to suspend or terminate work if payment obligations are not met.
• Prices for future services may change without prior notice.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Refund Eligibility

A client may request a partial refund if:

• Work has begun but has not been completed; and
• The request is made before the final delivery of the agreed service.

Refund amounts will be determined based on the proportion of work completed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided when:

Revisions

Unlimited revisions apply only to the original project scope.

Requests involving new material, additional services, or substantial changes beyond the original instructions may require a separate quotation.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain full ownership and copyright of all original documents submitted to Researchers Nexus.

Researchers Nexus does not claim ownership of any manuscript, thesis, article, proposal, book, or research content provided by the client.

Any editorial improvements or formatting performed as part of our services do not transfer ownership rights to Researchers Nexus.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Researchers Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• journal rejection;
• publication delays;
• academic decisions;
• funding outcomes;
• institutional decisions;
• loss of opportunity; or
• business losses.

In all circumstances, our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

Researchers Nexus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Any revised version will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.

Continued use of our services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
